Simple explanation:
Considering bhagavAn’s archA (deity) form as just a stone or considering AchArya to be just a human being or analyzing a vaishNava’s birth, regarding which clan he is born, considering the SrI pAdha thIrtham of bhagavAn and bhAgavathas which can eliminate the dhOSams (defects) of kali as just mere water, considering bhagavAn’s divine names and manthras which can eliminate kali’s defects to be just mere words and considering sarvEshvaran SrIman nArAyaNa the divine consort of SrI mahAlakshmI to be equivalent to or lesser than other dhEvathAs, will all lead a person to hell, says bhagavadh rAmAnuja.
Very important points are highlighted here.
The archA form of bhagavAn is as good as the form of bhagavAn in paramapadham. We must have that confidence. We must consider AchArya to be God himself, the lotus feet of bhagavAn. We should not analyse the birth of a vaishNava based on varNa, instead if he is a vaishNava we must consider him respectfully. We should not analyse his birth to place him in a higher or lower place. bhagavadh, bhAgavatha SrIpAdha thIrtham are capable of eliminating our dhOSams and sins. We should not treat them as just water. bhagavAn’s names and manthras are also capable of eliminating our defects. So, we cannot consider them to be mere words. And finally, bhagavAn, SrIman nArAyaNa has no one equal to him or higher than him. He is the supreme. Just as we consider dhEvathAs like, brahmA, rudhra, varuNa, sUrya, chandhra, indhra et al to be greater than ordinary human beings in general, similarly all these dhEvathAs look up to bhagavAn and worship him, glorify him, praise him, and they depend on him, and they surrender unto him. Therefore, we cannot consider those dhEvathAs to be equal to bhagavAn. Thus, if we do any of the above then that will lead us to hell. All of these are explained elaborately in the past videos in many places.

Simple explanation:
Worshipping bhAgavathas is greater than worshiping bhagavAn. Insulting bhAgavathas is worse and crueler than insulting bhagavAn. The water which washed the divine feet of bhAgavathas is greater than the water which washed the divine feet of bhagavAn. Because of these reasons, we should always be engaged in worshiping bhAgavathas. We should never have laziness in worship of bhAgavathas. This is the simple explanation.
Overall here the importance of bhAgavathas is highlighted. bhAgavathas are considered to be the lotus feet of bhagavAn. Because of which worshiping bhAgavathas is considered to be greater than worshiping bhagavAn. Lord SrIman nArAyaNa is the supreme and he has all the auspicious qualities. However, since bhagavAn himself likes bhAgavathas very much, worshipping bhAgavathas will bring greater pleasure to bhagavAn. If we worship bhagavAn he’ll be happy but if we worship bhAgavathas, he’ll be happier. Similarly, due to bhAgavathas being the dear life for bhagavAn, insulting bhAgavathas will not be taken lightly by bhagavAn. Even if we insult bhagavAn, sometimes he may forgive us. But if we insult, or trouble bhAgavathas, that will not be tolerated by bhagavAn at all. Insulting or tormenting bhAgavathas is crueler than insulting bhagavAn.
Finally, the SrIpAdha thIrtham of bhAgavathas is considered greater than the SrIpAdha thIrtham (water which washed the lotus feet) of bhagavAn, which is celebrated in this world. It is celebrated more because bhAgavathas are very pure in their heart and their purity is reflected in their body as well. Due to that reason, lotus feet of bhAgavathas are considered to be great. Hence the SrIpAdha thIrtham of bhAgavathas are greatly celebrated. Because of all of these reasons we must always be free from laziness and lethargy in worshiping bhAgavathas. We must worship bhAgavathas every day and serve them.
