Simple Explanation

These three aspects are caused based on the three entities (achith, chith and ISvara)

The agyAnam and aSakthi in engaging in sAdhanam (means) is due to achith sambandham (connection with insentient matter) based on karma (action – reaction); hence, agyAnam occurs based on achith thathvam (insentient entity – matter).

The completeness in gyAnam which is the reason to fully abandon other sAdhanams (means) knowing that those are contradictory to one’s true nature, is due to in-depth realisation of Athma svarUpam which is explained in the middle word (nama:) [of thirumanthram]; hence gyAnAdhikyam occurs based on chith thathvam (sentient entity – soul).

The development of bhakthi which weakens the faculties and makes it difficult to practice anything properly, is due to bhagavAn’s distinguished divine form as said in thiruvAimozhi 5.3.4 “kAdhal kadal puraiya viLaiviththa kAramarmEni” (bhagavAn’s divine dark form which increased the love towards him to be like an ocean); hence, overwhelming devotion occurs based on bhagavath thathvam (bhagavAn).
