Simple Explanation
More than the servitude acquired on seeing the qualities of bhagavAn, servitude based on the true nature of self is predominant.

guNa krutha dhAsyam
Being a servitor being won over by his qualities.
svarUpa prayukthamAna dhAsyam
Being a servitor on seeing the true nature of the self which is identified by SEshathvam (servitor) only.
Though the true nature is in this manner, since bhagavAn is having abundance of auspicious qualities, servitude due to such qualities will also exist; that is why even iLaiyaperumAL (lakshmaNa) who is a servitor based on his true nature of servitude mercifully spoke like that. Still, since the servitude acquired due to the qualities is incidental, it will be secondary, and since the servitude acquired due to the true nature is natural, it will be primary; this is why, piLLai lOkAchAryar mercifully explains this revealing such popular predominance.
