That is – for the chEthana, dependence towards pirAtti is incidental because it is based on pirAtti being owned by bhagavAn and is natural similar to natural dependence towards bhagavAn, because her relationship with bhagavAn is eternal; for ISvara, dependence towards pirAtti is incidental because it is based on her being his devotee and is natural because that dependence is eternal.
Instead of saying “iruvarkkum uNdu” (present for both), piLLai lOkAchAryar said “iruvarkkum uNdiRE” (well know that it is present for both), to make us understand the popularity of pramANam (proof in scriptures) for this principle.
