avathArikai (Introduction)

The chEthana who faced away from bhagavAn forever has turned his face towards bhagavAn only today; what if the chEthana, due to remaining in this world with material body, due to evil impressions, goes back to his previous state, giving up this relationship between self (the protected one) and bhagavAn (the protector) which rose in the self by his surrender and emperumAn’s acceptance; or what if ISvara, being uncontrollably independent, who held this chEthana in this samsAra due to karma forever, again decides to conduct the chEthana as per karma [after accepting the chEthana once]? piLLai lOkAchAryar mercifully answers this here.

Simple Explanation

Since this relationship was established with the witness of pirAtti, it cannot be invalidated by either chEthana and ISvara.

That is – since this rakshya (protected) – rakshaka (protector) relationship occurred with the witness of SrI mahAlakshmi, who is doing purushakAram (uniting the chEthana and bhagavAn) instead of occurring due to the individual efforts of chEthana or bhagavAn, it cannot be invalidated by either of them.
