avathArikai (Introduction)
Subsequently, piLLai lOkAchAryar is showing proof for this [principle of not abandoning the relationship between jIvAthmA and paramAthmA which was established under the witness of pirAttti]
sUthram 157
“ennai negizhkkilum” “kOla malarp pAvaikku anbAgiya”
Simple Explanation
thiruvAimozhi 1.7.8 “ennai negizhkkilum” (One who is embracing nappinnaip pirAtti – Even if I can be convinced to leave him, it will be impossible for him to separate from my heart), thiruvAimozhi 10.10.7 “kOla malarp pAvaikku anbAgiya” (One who is dear to SrI mahAlakshmi – Having attained you and after having you fully in my hand, will I let you escape?)
vyAkyAnam (Commentary)
ennai …
Since thiruvAimozhi 1.7.8 “ennai negizhkkilum” says “With the purushakAram (recommendation) of nappinnaip pirAtti, after accepting in the presence of nithyasUris, emperumAn who is omnipotent will not abandon me”, this pAsuram is the proof for emperumAn being unable to invalidate this relationship.
Since thiruvAimozhi 10.10.7 “kOla malarp pAvaikku anbAgiya” says “Since he is friendly towards periya pirAttiyAr, he is having great friendship towards me who is one of her servitors; after attaining you who intently pursued me with great efforts, will I let you go?”, this pAsuram is the proof for chEthana being unable to invalidate this relationship which was established in the presence of purushakAram.
