aruL mudiya niRuththi adaiya ninRadhum nalladhoraruL thannAlE nanRum eLiyanAgiRadhum vishayam.

Simple Explanation

The target for karma is dhEvathAs who are mercifully appointed by him and have bhagavAn as antharyAmi; the objective of kainkaryam is archAvathAram of bhagavAn which is very mercifully present in a very easily approachable manner.

vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

That is – as said in nAnmugan thiruvandhAdhi 2eththavam seydhArkkum aruL mudivadhu AzhiyAn pAl” (for all those who have carried out penance to whatever extent, the final benefit of mercy is from emperumAn who has divine disc), to have the result of taking shelter of him is granted by him, emperumAn placed the dhEvathAs who are different forms for him as said in thiruvAimozhi 5.2.8 than mUrththi niRuththinAn dheyvangaLAga” (established his different types of forms/bodies as the dhEvathAs who are worshippable); for those chEthanas who surrender to such dhEvathAs as per SAsthram and get the result, he delivers such result by being the antharyAmi of such dhEvathAs, and is the target of karma.

As said in thirumAlai 10nalladhOr aruL thannAlE kAttinAn thiruvarangam” (with his incomparable quality of mercy, he showed SrIrangam) and in thiruvAimozhi 3.6.11karuththukku nanRum eLiyanAy” (is the target of elaborate experience for the heart), by his exclusive mercy, being very easily approachable, being present as archAvathAram is the target of kainkaryam.
