avathArikai (Introduction)
piLLai lOkAchAryar subsequently says “This is only required if a prapanna spots their defects”.
sUthram 361
“iRaippozhudhum eNNOm” engaiyAlE adhu thAn thOnRAdhu.
Simple Explanation
Since it is said in periya thirumozhi 2.6.1 “iRaippozhudhum eNNOm“, such defects will not be seen.
vyAkyAnam (Commentary)
“iRaippozhudhum eNNOm“…
That is – as said in periya thirumozhi 2.6.1 “kadalmallaith thalasayanaththu uRaivArai
eNNAdhE iruppArai iRaippozhudhum eNNOmE” (We will not think about those who remain in such dhivyadhESam without thinking about such emperumAn, even for a moment), while everyone should always be thinking about bhagavAn being won over by his simplicity saying “While he has the greatness of being caringly served by nithyasUris in paramapadham, he has arrived in thirukkadalmallai and is lying on the ground to acquire us! What a simplicity is this!”, they are not having any interest in his activities and are nurturing only their bodies – we will not think about such samsAris even for a moment; as AzhwAr says in this manner, samsAris’ defects will not be spotted by such prapannas. Whatever was mercifully said by thirumangai AzhwAr will be applicable for all SrIvaishNavas.
