chEthananudaiya ruchiyAlE varugaiyAlE.

Simple Explanation

Since these lowly results are bestowed by those manthrams due to the chEthana’s taste.

vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

chEthananudaiya ruchiyAlE varugaiyAlE

That is – since these are bhagavan manthrams (manthrams of bhagavAn) they have the ability to bestow liberation; still, their ability to bestow lowly results is occurring due to the lowly taste of the chEthana who is bound in prakruthi (matter). Granting of lowly results as in gOpAla manthra etc for those who desire worldly wealth, rAma manthra etc for those who desire progeny, hayagrIva manthra etc for those who desire knowledge, sudharSana and narasimha manthras etc for those who desire victory, are based on ISvara’s vow that he will bestow these lowly results based on the desire of the chEthanas. Since these were vowed based on chEthana’s vows, they cannot be said to be natural for these manthrams and can be said to be incidental/conditional.
