kainkarya budhyA karmANi SAsthrIyANyEva kArayEth ||
Simple explanation:
Whatever is ordained in SAsthram as nithya and naimiththika karma, must be performed in the mood of kainkaryam to please bhagavAn’s divine heart. SAsthram ordains us to do certain karmas, activities, on a regular basis and certain activities on need basis. Both of these are compulsory. For example sandhyAvandhanam is done three times a day, repeatedly at the same time and same situation. If we don’t perform sandhyAvandhanam, then we accumulate sin. So, this is known as akaraNE prathyavAyam. If there are sins related to not performing a particular act, then that act must be performed by us. But if there is an act which is optional, for example, we perform acts to gain wealth or health or materialistic benefits, those activities we don’t engage in. Those are known as kAmya karmas. But nithya karma and naimiththika karma are compulsory. bhagavAn orders “Sruthi smruthir mama Eva AgyA” – “Sruthi and smruthi are my orders and those who don’t follow those orders, even though they may be my bhakthas, they will not be considered as vaishNavas”. So, that is a strict order from bhagavAn also. Hence, nithya karma and naimiththika karma must be performed as kainkaryam, which pleases bhagavAn. And when we engage in these activities, they must be done as kainkaryam. Even in many of our sankalpams, we usually do bhagavadhAgyayA, bhagavadhkainkarya rUpam. Hence we do it because bhagavAn has ordained this and we do it as bhagavath kainkaryam.

apachAram vinA nAnyath AthmanO nASakAraNam |
AthmanO mOkshahEthusthu thanmukOllAsanam vinA ||
Simple explanation:
If we commit offenses towards parama bhAgavathas who are fully immersed in rahasya thrayam (thirumanthram, dhvaya maha manthram and charama SlOkam), then there is nothing more damaging for ourself than that. On the other hand if we bring happiness in such bhAgavathas face then there is nothing better than that to attain mOksham.
parama bhAgavathas will always be engaged in thirumanthram, dhvaya mahA manthram and charama SlOkam. Especially, in our sampradhAyam guruparamparA and dhvayam are to be continuously recited and chanted as japa and the meaning of thirumanthram, dhvaya mahA manthram and charama SlOkam should be constantly meditated upon. Towards such parama bhAgavathas and noble SrIvaishNavas who will be constantly doing that, if we commit any offense that will be the biggest obstacle for our progress and that will destroy our self. On the other hand, if we bring joy in their faces, then that will be the best path for mOksham.
Any offense towards parama bhAgavathas, like judging them or insulting them based on their birth, knowledge, wealth, physical appearance is considered as bhAgavatha apachAram. We should compulsorily avoid bhAgavatha apachAram. At the same time if we please bhAgavathas and if we bring joy for bhAgavathas, that will fulfill bhagavAn’s divine heart and will bring great joy in bhagavAn’s heart and bhagavAn will be very happy to accept us in paramapadham and grant us ultimate nithya kainkaryam. Hence these two things must be always remembered. We should never commit offense towards bhAgavathas and we should always try to please bhAgavathas.

Simple explanation:
There is no greater benefit than worshipping bhagavAn’s devotees/servitors. And there is no greater evil for the self than showing hatred towards such bhAgavathas and devotees of bhagavAn.
To be completely surrendered to bhagavAn and to serve him eternally is the goal for SrIvaishNavas in general. But that is only the first level of understanding. The first level of devotion is to be a servitor of bhagavAn and to serve him, please him and to bring joy for him. The ultimate level of devotion is to be a servitor of bhAgavathas, devotees of bhAgavathas and to bring joy to them. So understanding this principle is the very essential core principle of our SrIvaishNava sampradhAyam. If we worship and bring joy and pleasure to bhAgavathas that will be the ultimate goal and benefit for us because when bhAgavathas are happy then bhagavAn is very happy. On the other hand if we show hatred towards bhAgavathas and if we ill-treat them, and if we do not behave ourselves properly with them, then that will cause great sorrow in bhagavAn’s divine heart and he will become very upset and punish those who show hatred towards bhAgavathas.
There are many incidents that show when bhAgavathas are tormented or troubled, bhagavAn himself incarnates and saves them, protects them and destroys all the enemies of bhAgavathas. It is also explained that the purpose of bhagavAn’s incarnations and great deeds such as conducting mahAbharatha war, killing hiraNyakashipu, killing rAvaNa and all the evil people of Lanka were done because bhagavAn could not tolerate bhAgavathas being tormented by these evil people.
Thus we have to understand that bringing joy to bhAgavathas is the ultimate goal and showing hatred towards bhAgavathas is the ultimate destructive activity for us.
