Meaning
Being of the nature of bliss means that whenever knowledge manifests, it is agreeable and conducive to the self.
Explanation
The AchArya explains the blissful nature of knowledge
The AchArya now establishes the AnandharUpathva (being of the nature of bliss) of knowledge.
When knowledge manifests, it reveals objects to its substratum (svASraya), namely the self. At that very time, knowledge itself is agreeable (anukUla) to the self.
The objects that are revealed through knowledge also appear as agreeable. By making those objects available to the experiencing self (vishayI), knowledge becomes the cause of happiness and is therefore the nature of bliss (AnandharUpa) for its substratum.
