Simple Explanation
The distinction in the river, ghat and the town, is beyond speech.

That is
In vyAsa’s birth place, the river gangA has aSishta parigraham (the connection with inapt person), the ghat is where the boats will be present and the town is a fishing community.
In krishNa’s birth place, the river yamunA has flowing water which is dark in colour indicating thamO guNam, the ghat is poisoned by kALiya, the town is a cowherd community, which is inhabited by cowherds who don’t know the difference between left and right hands as said in thiruppAvai 28 “aRivu onRum illAdha Aykkulaththu” (The totally ignorant cowherd clan).
This AzhwAr’s birth place – the very best river thAmirabharaNi is the birth place and abode of distinguished things as said in thiruvAimozhi 9.2.5 “pavaLa nan padark kIzhch changuRai porunal” (thirupporunal which is the abode of conches under the densely present creeper of corals); the ghat is thiruchchangaNi thuRai (SrI SangaNi ghat) which is having a very pure nature, where white conches wash up as said in thiruvAimozhi 10.3.11 “porunal sangaNi thuRai“; the town is thirukkurugUr which is glorified by all noble people as said in thiruviruththam 100 “nallAr navil kurugUr” (thirukkurugUr where distinguished people keep reciting his divine words) and is eternally inhabited by very knowledgeable and distinguished personalities who have the greatness of having won over samsAram as said in thiruvAimozhi 3.1.11 “sayap pugazhAr palar vAzhum thadam kurugUr” (AzhwArthirunagari, where many glorious personalities who have won over the worldly bondage, live enjoying greatness of nammAzhwAr) and is enjoying bhagavAn in this abode as said in thiruvAimozhi 10.8.11 “nallAr palar vAzh kurugUr” (AzhwArthirunagari, where many distinguished personalities live).
So, in comparison to the rivers, ghats and the towns of krishNa and vyAsa, the greatness of AzhwAr’s river, ghat and town, will be beyond speech. Thus, more than the birth of krishNa and vyAsa, for the birth of krishNa thrushNA thathvam, that is AzhwAr, which was highlighted previously, has been fully explained by nAyanAr.
